Meet the Wintonia Team
Owner and Director Jon McAteer founded Wintonia Consulting in 2014. With over 25 years experience as an IT consultant, Programme Manager, Project Manager and Interim IT Director, Jon leads a great team with the skills and experience to deliver any IT project.
Natalia has worked in the hospitality & leisure sector for over a decade, with experience working as a multi-site operator, entrusted with multi-million-pound revenues across multiple brands. As a key member of Jon's team, Natalia specialises in providing consultancy support, optimising business processes and managing the implementation of IT projects to successful completion.
Other key members of Jon’s team include Khyati Parekh, a senior business analyst, specialist test resources and a commercial finance and operations business partner.

Client Case Study
The client - Ei Group publican partnership
Ei Group Publican Partnership (now Stonegate Pub Partners) has empowered publicans to run their own pub, in their way, since 1991. It is the leading leased and tenanted pub business in the UK with a portfolio of over 3,000 pubs.
The assignment
Ei group was running an outdated and unsupported legacy B2B online ordering solution for beers, wines and spirits. The IT team had found a new solution, Netalogue, as a replacement and needed to deploy it in a tight timeframe. Wintonia was appointed to implement the solution and ensure a smooth transition for publicans and for the Ei Group customer service team.
Aims
· Retain and then increase the number of publicans ordering online
· Reduce the number of calls to the Customer Contact Centre
Outcome
In just 6 months we achieved a seamless transition from the legacy solution to the new online ordering portal. This delivered a 40% increase in online ordering, a better service to publicans and significant back-office efficiencies.
